Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
• Ensure timely follow- up to support documentation completion and loan disbursement.
• Assess customer needs and eligibility to recommend appropriate loan solutions (e.g., personal loans, top- up loans, refinancing).
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional consultation on loan products and application procedures.
• Execute outbound calls to existing and potential customers from assigned lead lists, focusing on cross- selling loan products within the bank’s portfolio.
Performance & Leadership Support
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets, with higher expectations aligned to senior level performance.
• Participate in team engagement activities, training sessions, and contribute to a positive and high- performing team culture.
• Work closely with the Team Leader to align on sales strategies, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Mentor and support junior telesales agents by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and assisting in onboarding and skill development.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Maintain high standards of call productivity, talk time, and conversion rates through effective time management.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes, lead quality, and customer experience.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and approved telesales scripts.
• Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling customer information.
