[Urgent] Development Merchandiser 3-7 Năm Kinh Nghiệm

Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing: Source fabric and trims: negotiate prices, quality & delivery with suppliers.
• Timeline Management: Work on the Garment Time & Action (T&A) plan to ensure all styles are developed, approved, and ready for production on time. Also get RSC triggers from GIS & check ex- mill with all suppliers and discuss for EB/RSC Attribution.
• Costing: Work on costing/ VDD costing, Fabric/Trim sourcing for trim fabric and materials to achieve best margin.
• Technical Collaboration:
- Ability to review (well understand) and call out of Tech Pack/ Spec, BOM and do call out or suggestion.
- Collaborate with teams (TD, PTTN, sample room, …) to ensure product execution aligns with brand standards with best efficiency.
- Understand about garment construction, 2D/ 3D PTTN/ SMV review.
• Problem Solving: Identify risks in the development process and work on to mitigate them.
• Color process: Review color status with team & manager and submit to SF for MA for color can&039;t be improved or concern with tight timing.
• Sample management: closed working with Team for all samples: Proto, Fit, Confirmation sample, VDD (Vendor Development Design), AD sample, Testing, …
• Testing: Potential test concerns on the new styles, new quality, color block, dye transfer … discuss with GIS & arrange testing.

Additional benefits on holidays per company policy. Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Frid
13th- month salary based on seniority.
