User Acquisition Lead

We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Lead to scale and accelerate user growth across our mobile app portfolio. You will own the UA strategy, manage large- scale budgets, and lead a high- performing team in a fast- paced, creative, and data- driven environment. This role plays a key part in driving millions of installs while collaborating closely with cross functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets on a global scale.
UA Strategy and Execution:
• Optimize campaign performance through in- depth analysis of KPIs (CPI, ROAS, activation rates, cohort metrics) at network, campaign, and geo levels.
• Own and execute comprehensive UA strategies across multiple products and channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, DSPs, and others).
• Manage large- scale acquisition budgets to achieve aggressive install and revenue goals.
• Continuously assess and improve UA workflows, tools, and processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to align growth initiatives and maximize results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and ad networks.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Knowledge and Experience:
• 3+ years of hands- on User Acquisition experience in mobile gaming or apps.
• Deep expertise in the mobile growth stack: MMPs, mediation platforms, analytics tools, SDKs, ad networks, and DSPs.
• Bachelor&039;s or College degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of proven people management and team leadership experience.
Skills:
• Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies and global market campaigns.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and adapting to new trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and cross- functional collaboration.
• Highly analytical with strong proficiency in UA data tools; able to derive actionable insights and drive decisions.
• Self- driven, goal- oriented, and comfortable managing complex projects in a fast- moving environment.

• Signing bonus equivalent to one month&039;s salary for successful candidates joining in late 2025.
