User Acquisition Specialist (Mobile App)

We are looking for a talented User Acquisition Specialist (Mobile App) to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels for our mobile app products. You will work closely with Product and Monetization teams to drive high- quality users, improve app performance, and scale our growth globally

Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to define and refine marketing and acquisition strategies.
Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels:
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, and others.
Collaborate with Monetization and Product teams to propose new features, creative ideas, and growth experiments to improve product KPIs.
Monitor key performance metrics, evaluate campaign outcomes, and continuously optimize for ROAS and user quality.
Improve App Store performance through ASO optimization: icons, screenshots, videos, and metadata.
Track, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast- paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data- informed decisions.
Deep understanding of mobile app marketing, user funnels, and performance- driven acquisition.
Strong proficiency with analytics and attribution tools: Adjust, Firebase, GA4, SensorTower, and other market intelligence platforms.
Creative problem- solver with a proactive attitude and willingness to experiment.
Minimum 1 year of hands- on experience running and scaling campaigns with at least $50,000/month budget across 3+ UA channels for Android Mobile Apps.
