User-Generated Content (Ugc) Specialist

The UGC Specialist will create, manage, and optimize UGC content ideas for clients, ensuring high quality and alignment with client expectations under AD’s supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Development & Production
• Plan, shoot, and edit internal creative content (e.g., trend- based videos, tutorials, social- style content for internal channels and campaigns).
• Review and check creator footage post- production to ensure quality standards; coordinate reshoots when needed.
• Develop UGC concepts for clients and translate them into storyboards and creator briefs.
Creator Management & Coordination
• Source and onboard creators as needed for client projects, including recruiting calls, registration emails.
• Manage and update the creator database: syncing profiles, showcasing talent, and selecting profiles per order.
Trend Tracking & Research
• Research and monitor social media and UGC trends.
• Build and deliver monthly trend reports to keep the team up to date.
Strategy & Marketing Materials
• Develop monthly newsletter content and UGC deliverable decks with team support.
• Assist in preparing trend reports, educational materials, and other internal marketing materials.

• Experience in UGC content creation or a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills. Video shooting or editing skill is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creativity, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and content platforms.
