User Growth and Digital Manager

The User Growth and Digital Manager is the driving force behind expanding the SkyJoy loyalty member base. You will be responsible for building and executing strategies to accelerate User Acquisition, drive Activation and Retention, and optimize Digital Conversion across all platforms. This role manages the performance marketing budget and owns the growth funnel to ensure SkyJoy remains the fastest, growing loyalty ecosystem in Vietnam and regional.
Growth strategy and execution:
Define, execute, and optimize the end- to- end user growth strategy to hit aggressive KPIs for new member acquisition and active users (MAU/DAU).
Own the full growth funnel: Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue (AAARRR).
Identify and scale new growth channels, including but not limited to Performance Marketing, Partnerships (Vietjet Air, HDBank, Vikki Digital Bank, Phú Long, F&B sector, Retail sector, FMCG sector, etc.), and Referral programs.
Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing:
Directly manage the performance marketing budget across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads to drive app installs and registrations at an optimal CAC (Cost Per Acquisition).
Oversee SEO/ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies to increase organic visibility and downloads.
Collaborate with the Marketing & Creative team to produce high- converting ad assets and landing pages.
Product Growth & Conversion Optimization:
Work closely with Product and Tech teams to optimize the onboarding flow and remove friction in the user journey.
Implement A/B testing frameworks for app features, UI/UX elements, and promotional mechanics to improve conversion rates.
Utilize Deep- linking and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Insider, Clevertap, or MoEngage) to personalize user experiences.
Retention and Engagement:
Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns (Push Notifications, ZNS, Email, SMS) to re- engage dormant users and increase the frequency of SkyPoint earning/redemption.
Analyze user behavior data to segment the audience and deliver right- time, right- message offers.
Leadership & Analytics:
Lead and mentor a team of User Growth Specialists and Interns to foster a data- driven and high- performance culture.
Establish growth dashboards and provide weekly/monthly reports on key metrics (CAC, LTV, Retention cohorts, Conversion rates).

Education & Work Experience
BA/BS degree (in lieu of degree, four years of relevant work experience)
>5 years of experience in Digital business or FMCG, Retail with a deep focus on performance- based growth marketing, demand & revenue growth
A background in owning and managing a budget, forecasting, and delivering on monthly goals of spend, CPA, ROAS, Retention and LTV
Both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized “doer,” with a data- driven mentality and a bias towards action.
Proven ability to leverage multiple data sources to develop hypotheses and execute rapid test and learn strategies
Experience building, leading, and managing a team of direct reports
Deep expertise of ad/web/email reporting and analytics platforms, such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Google Analytics, Optimizely, etc.)
Skills & Personal Attributes
Entrepreneurial, self- starter with hands- on approach
Comfortable with data, analytics, CRM and loyalty programs coupled with creativity and a passion for branding
Detail- oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
