Overview:
We are seeking a User Growth Specialist to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention for our Healthcare application in Vietnam. This role focuses on expanding reach, improving engagement, and maximizing user lifetime value through multi- channel growth strategies. You will be responsible for SEO/SEM, content development, community growth, and data- driven optimizations to enhance user expansion. By analyzing user behavior, refining conversion funnels, and improving retention tactics, you will play a key role in scaling the platform’s impact.
Responsibilities:
Brand & Community Growth
• Manage Facebook/Zalo engagement strategies to foster active user communities.
• Enhance app visibility through media partnerships and public events.
• Develop engaging medical content to attract and retain app users.
• Collaborate with local Vietnamese KOLs and influencers to increase brand credibility.
Medical Content Strategy
• Develop a multi- platform content ecosystem (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Hello Bacsi).
• Implement a content strategy mix:
60% Basic health education (Disease Encyclopedia).
30% Scenario- based guides (Online consultation tutorials).
10% Trending health topics (e.g., dengue fever protection).
• Optimize content distribution and track performance metrics (CTR, shares, engagement).
SEO & Organic Growth
• Improve Google/Cốc Cốc search rankings for high- intent medical keywords.
• Scale Zalo community growth via referral programs and engagement- driven initiatives.
Data- Driven User Optimization
• Use Heatmap and analytics tools to enhance user experience and optimize conversion funnels.
• Identify high- value patient segments (chronic diseases, repeat visits).

• Experience working with medical influencers, hospitals, or MCN organizations is a plus.
• Data- driven mindset with strong analytical, communication, and execution skills.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese medical content regulations and industry trends.
• Proven track record in scaling medical platforms or managing health- related digital communities (50,000+ followers preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in user growth, digital marketing, or community engagement.
• Proficiency in Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo growth strategies.
