UX/UI Designer

Product Image Design and Development
• Responsible for creating the overall visual identity of the product, including layout, icons, color palette, and UI component system.
• Ensure a modern and intuitive interface that aligns with the brand identity and meets the needs of target users.
• Continuously optimize the interface based on real user feedback and behavioral data to deliver a friendly, consistent, and seamless user experience.
Building and Maintaining the Design System
• Ensure consistency across the entire product ecosystem, facilitating a faster and more efficient design- to- development workflow.
• Establish, maintain, and update the component library, icon set, and UI Style Guide.
• Support team members (designers, developers, and PMs) in using and expanding the system flexibly and in a controlled manner.
Cross- Functional Collaboration in Product Development
• Collaborate directly with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications, achieving high- quality and performance- optimized interfaces.
• Work closely with Product Managers to understand business objectives and user behaviors, translating them into effective design solutions.
• Participate in product review cycles, providing in- depth feedback on usability and user experience.
Trend Awareness and Creative Innovation
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI design.
• Actively share knowledge and contribute valuable insights during internal reviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
• Propose improvements and experiment with new ideas to enhance the overall user experience.

• Strong understanding of user behavior, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Capable of understanding business logic and designing based on data and user insights to drive business performance.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with a solid understanding of color theory, layout, typography, and responsive design principles.
• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for websites or mobile applications, with a portfolio demonstrating a complete design process.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with product, development, and marketing teams.
• Creative mindset with a passion for learning and staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experienced in building and maintaining Design Systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Ability to balance user experience with business objectives.
