Vice HR & GA Manager

Vice HR&GA Manager is responsible for coordinating HR&GA operations, executing strategies, supervising daily activities, and acting as deputy to the HR&GA Manager.
Manage all Human Resources & General Affairs functions.
Ensure department projects, milestones, and goals are met within approved budgets.
Analyze compensation and benefits trends, propose competitive salary structures, and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Develop assessment frameworks, collaborate with department managers to establish employee KPIs, and coordinate assessment activities.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the Human Resources & General Affairs department to achieve organizational objectives.
Collaborate with other department managers to understand and execute the organization&039;s manpower and talent strategy including defining current and future talent needs, deploying the plans of recruitment, training, promotion, retention and succession.

- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
- Age: From 33 – 45 years old
Experience:
· At least 5 years experiences in Human Resources & General Affairs field and 3 years experience in manager position of Human Resources & General Affairs department.
· Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Soft skills:
· Good English communication skills.
· Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skill, planning skill, analytical skill, problem solving skill, etc
Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday Working
Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
