Vice Manager, Design Management

Receive task assignments and any instructions of Department Head and/or BOD (if need).
Staff training and Process improvement to continuously enhance performance and work quality.
Report (daily, weekly and monthly) to Department Head and/or BOD (if need).
Work with Authorities and any other related Parties to obtain appraisal/approval of Design documents, submissions.
Design change managements and assessments with consistent and accurate records.
Review and verify all design documents, reports, proposals prepared by Design team and Consultant.
Coordinate with relevant members of Company/other departments to ensure smooth work collaboration.
Establish, monitor and control execution of Design works, Consultants, and individual team members.

Education: University Degree at well- known Universities subjected to Design fields. Master’s degree in design or project management is plus.
Experience
- Leader experience of design management of Infrastructure works for large- scale Urban development project (at least 01 Project).
- Having experience working with foreign Company.
- Over 10 years, and at least 03 years at similar position.
Specialized skills
- Competent design management skills and experiences.
- Design specialized to Infrastructure field: Transportation, Structure, MEP, etc.
Soft skills
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Good at communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate to advance use of English for design and engineering working environment.
- Intermediate to advance use of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Autocad.
*Company will provide shuttle bus from Ha Noi Hoa Binh ;
Working time: Mon- Fri
