Video content Executive

Mô tả công việc:
• Monitor, analyze, and report video performance metrics (views, engagement, CTR, conversion), and continuously optimize content
• Write scripts, hooks, and storytelling angles for short- form videos aligned with brand objectives
• Stay updated on trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and competitive
• Own and develop Tiktok Channel, including Content direction, channel identity, visual tone and content mix to make INNOYO more lively, engaging and viral
• Ensure video content is optimized for platform performance (format, duration, hook, trend adaptation)
• Coordinate and directly participate in video production (shooting, filming, model/talent arrangement, video editing)
• Collaborate with Designer and Digital Content & Media Executive to align visuals and messaging
• Plan and develop Tiktok content, including campaign- based and sales- driven content.
Yêu cầu:
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and content ideation skills
• Good sense of visuals, pacing, and audience engagement
• Proactive, trend- savvy, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proactive, fast- moving, and highly adaptable to trends
• Strong understanding of TikTok platform, trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields
• Basic skills in video editing tools (CapCut/Premiere, or similar)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok content creation, video content or similar roles
