Video Editor/ Motion Designer

As a Video Editor/ Motion Designer, you will be responsible for will collaborate closely with other teams in Vietnam and USA to produce compelling motion graphics and animations for various media platforms. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual content.
• Interpret project briefs and conceptualize visual storytelling solutions that effectively communicate the intended message.
• Edit raw video footage into polished final products.
• Receive the requests from customers, clarify, schedule projects, communicate and deliver the final documents to the customers via email.
• Communicate clearly and timely with all members of the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and animation.
• Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators,
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Proactively collaborate with team leader and peers to develop concepts, execute designs, and maintain the working process, CEI system, graphic library and training documents.
• Design and create high- quality motion graphics and animations for videos, social media, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms for marketing and branding purposes.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.
Familiarity with scripting and coding for interactive animations is a plus.
Ability to read and comprehend in English (at least TOEIC 550 or equivalent)
Excellent working time organization, attention to detail and a desire to develop your skills.
Proven experience as a Video Editor/ Motion Designer or similar role.
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
Knowledge of video production processes and techniques.
Excellent understanding of color correction, audio editing, and visual effects.
Strong portfolio highlighting video editing and motion design work.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Experience with 3D modeling and animation, AI is a plus.
Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Adobe Suite, Blender, Cinema4D, 3dsMax, Maya......
Experience with photo manipulation and/or illustrations.
