Video Editor & Social Media Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
The Role
You’ll be responsible for editing short- form and long- form video content and managing posts across our social media channels. You don’t need to be a seasoned pro — we’re looking for someone hungry to learn and grow with us.
• Stay current on social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes
• Add captions, transitions, effects, music, and graphics to make content pop
• Collaborate with the team on content ideas and creative direction
• Edit videos using CapCut and/or DaVinci Resolve (short- form for Reels/TikTok/Shorts + long- form for YouTube)
• Repurpose long- form content into short clips for multiple platforms
• Upload and schedule posts to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and other platforms as needed
• Write basic captions, hashtags, and descriptions optimized for each platform
• Keep content organized and maintain a consistent posting schedule
