Video Editor

The AI Video Editor is a core member of the Creative Team and is responsible for building the end- to- end video content pipeline—from concept development to production, post- processing, and final delivery. This role ensures consistent media quality for projects across all content types, including marketing communications, product demos, brand storytelling, and visual assets.
The ideal candidate possesses strong product understanding, creative thinking, solid technical execution, and the ability to proactively propose new visual directions.
Key Responsibilities:

Project- Level Content Production
Create detailed scripts, scene breakdowns, and storyboards for each asset/video.
Establish and maintain a consistent visual system (look & feel) across all videos’ content.
Develop short- form and long- form video concepts, visual themes, and moodboards as per requested.
Develop video creation/development roadmap which is aligned with business objectives
AI Asset Creation
Manage all AI assets including source files, versioning, presets, models, and workflows.
Generate AI images, AI videos, motion interpolation, and AI- driven VFX using tools such as: Runway, Pika, Genmo, Kaiber, Midjourney, SDXL, ComfyUI, ControlNet, AnimateDiff, etc.
Editing & Post- production
Produce video assets for multiple formats: ads, product demos, in- app content, landing page visuals, and social media.
Edit complete videos with proper timing, motion, effects, tracking, color grading, and audio.
Optimize the AI → Video production workflow to improve speed and output quality.
Quality & Delivery Management
Build weekly/monthly production plans for all media deliverables in the project.
Ensure output meets visual, narrative, and technical quality standards.
Participate in concept reviews, script reviews, and propose continuous improvements.
Cross- functional Collaboration
Join team brainstorming sessions for campaigns, animation concepts, and key visuals.
Work closely with Product & Marketing teams to understand requirements.
Contribute to building content library (AI models, footage, transitional assets).
AI Video R&D
Propose new pipelines to enhance visual quality and production efficiency.
Stay updated with emerging AI tools (Veo, Luma, HyperHuman, Kling, etc.).

Comfortable working with AI- generation, text- to- video, and rapid- prototyping tools for content creation
Degree or formal training in Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Media, or any creative field with relevant hands- on experience.
2–3 years of experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or AI Video Production.
Proficient in at least three of the following tool groups:
AI Image: Midjourney, Gemini, SDXL, ComfyUI
Editing: Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
AI Video: Grok, VEO3, Kling, Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Genmo
Proactive, able to manage deadlines, and fully responsible for end- to- end output.
Strong visual sense: layout, pacing, color, composition.
Nice- to- have:
Experience working full- cycle in large media or creative projects.
Experience with advanced motion graphics or light VFX.
Background in content production for tech/AI products.

Working hours: 9:00- 17:00 (5 days per week, 7 hours per day); Breaking time: 12:00- 13:00
