Viral Video Content Lead – GTM

About the Role
You’ll lead Arrowster’s video direction across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, working directly with the Go- to- Market team.
You’ll learn from the best: Duolingo’s ex- VP of Growth, KOLs with >100M+ views, and other mentors who’ve scaled creative systems globally.
We’re not looking for someone who wants to go viral. We’re looking for someone who already has.

What you’ll do
• Build and lead Arrowster’s short- form video engine
• Collaborate with the GTM teams for integrated customer journey across distribution channels
• Design and test new video playbooks
• Turn every success and failure into reusable frameworks
