Viral Written Content Lead – GTM

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can write better than anyone else. Not just viral threads or pretty captions- but writing that changes how people think, feel, and convert.
You’ll learn from the best: Duolingo’s ex- VP of Growth, KOLs with >100M+ views, and other mentors who’ve scaled creative systems globally.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Want to grow in a team that treats content like a growth engine, not decoration
• Write fast, write clearly, and know exactly what makes people stop scrolling
• Care about both numbers and nuance (you write to drive action, not just likes)
What you’ll do
• Own all written content for Arrowster across Threads, Facebook presence, and campaign scripts
• Work closely with the Go- to- Market and Product teams to align narrative and growth
• Test relentlessly: rewrite, iterate, build writing system to scale what worked
