Waiter/ Waitress ( Nhân Viên Phục Vụ )

Job Summary:We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and service- oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our vibrant team at The Gypsy Da Nang. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Answer guest questions regarding the menu and make recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest requests are met.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently.

Restaurant Operations:

Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Assist with table setting and resetting.
Follow all restaurant policies and procedures.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and kitchen staff.
Provide accurate and timely information to the kitchen regarding orders.

Strong customer service and problem- solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Fluent in English.
Experience in a fast- paced restaurant environment is preferred, but not essential.
Passion for providing excellent customer service.
A friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
