Warehouse Executive (Data Analysis)

Position Purpose (a summary of the general nature, level and the reason why the position exists)
• Lead and develop the warehouse team to support manufacturing operation and achieve common goals of organization
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in day- to- day operations
• Handle operations of the warehouse; including receipt, storage, providing, loading/ unloading and shipping materials, goods from input to output
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (list of tasks in order of importance or the time consumed)
• Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily warehouse operations by scheduling and assign employees, follow up on work results
• Enforce all company rules and regulations, maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Coordinate and sharing resource and equipment between sections of warehouse (e.g. forklift, manpower, I.T equipment) to optimize warehouse resource and perform general warehouse goals
• Perform general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, LEAN, 5S, Warehouse P&P, HR regulation and CRS policy
• Perform any other duties assigned by GM/ Logistic director
• Control and manage inventory by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data of inventory system to ensure stock inventory exactly
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Setup layout and ensure the efficient space- utilization

At least 2- year experience in a warehouse supervisory role
University graduates (major in Business and Administration, logistic or supply chain management)
