Mô tả công việc

* Warehouse:* Inbound:- Receiving & checking inbound goods- Goods receipt & Put- away.* Outbound:- Goods issue material/ consumables- Deliver material/consumables to Production- Deliver material to Sub- contractor* Shipment:- Packing- Update packing data into SAP- Follow to deliver shipment to DHL/Broker* Other taks:- Collect & transfer proof of delivery to Finance- Upload taken photo to laptop for recording- Perform Weekly count & reconcile stock- Perform Monthly count & reconcile stock- Trouble shooting in SAP/WH issue- Maintain other tracking data: Scrap , Excess product, ...* Logistics:- Handle import/ export shipment- Problem solving issue during imp/exp customs clearance process- Perform Log & WH KPI , ESG report- Raise & execute on Material Adjustment tools & SAP (Scrap/Stock adjustment)

Yêu cầu công việc

- College or Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong system- oriented mindset- Experience in import, export, and logistics operations.- Familiar with import and export customs policies, HS codes, able to develop preventive measures for customs clearance risks.- Good command of English
