Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Operations Management
· Plan, organize, and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and transportation.
· Ensure warehouse management follows standard procedures, optimize storage space, and maintain the best conditions for goods.
· Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
Warehouse Staff Management
· Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with procedures.
· Assign tasks, monitor performance, and evaluate employees’ work efficiency.
· Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with occupational safety regulations.
Process Control and Optimization
· Develop, improve, and implement warehouse operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
· Utilize technology and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to improve operational efficiency.
· ⁠Create SOP
· Collaborate with related departments (procurement, operations, customer service, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Quality and Safety Management
· Ensure the warehouse meets hygiene, safety, and security standards, especially for sensitive goods such as pharmaceuticals or fragile items.
· Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment to ensure continuous operations.
· Comply with GDP, GSP (if applicable), and other legal regulations regarding warehouse operations.

Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in warehouse management within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
· Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical warehousing or handling specialized goods are preferred.
Skills & Qualities
· Proficiency in warehouse management software, Excel, and ERP systems.
· Ability to organize tasks efficiently and adapt to changing situations.
· Analytical skills for data reporting and performance improvement.
· English communication and the ability to read technical documents are an advantage.
· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and WMS systems.
· Excellent leadership, team management, and problem- solving skills.
