【Job Summary】
- Responsible for working as a Warehouse Operations Manager
【Job description】
- Safety & Quality Control: Ensure compliance with food safety, refrigeration standards, and workplace safety regulations; conduct regular inspections.
- Staff Management & Scheduling: Recruit, train, evaluate, and schedule warehouse staff and drivers.
- Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory control, and temperature management.
- Cost Control & Process Improvement: Implement cost- reduction measures and develop improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency.
Customer Relations & Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with shippers and business partners; handle complaints and maintain service quality.
- Regulatory & Certification Compliance: Manage compliance with relevant cold storage regulations and oversee acquisition/maintenance of certifications such as ISO and HACCP.
WORKING HOURS: 8:00- 17:00, Monday to Saturday

Must
- At least 3 years of experience in team management in logistics and warehouse companies.
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate levels
