Warehouse Supervisor

Control and check the delivery schedule with Purchasing Dept. from suppliers to ensure that materials are coming on time at WH, to stock up on time, and promptly report material delays to Purchasing, Planning, Production.
Check and monitor security systems, fire protection, 5S in the warehouse area to ensure the safety of goods and assets in warehouses.
Perform other tasks when requested by the upper level.
Plan and conduct training on workflow for warehouse job positions.
Monitoring and managing material data daily (Import, Export, Inventory) to ensure that data is updated exactly.
Keep confidentiality of records, documents and information related to production and business activities of the Company.
Make stock count and asset according to regular or irregular plan; execute actual inventory report and system.
Manage the allocation of RM & PM for production, receive FG from production and deliver on time, with the right quantity with high accuracy.
Participating in building and improving SAP warehouse management software.
Inventory management: Minimum/ maximum inventory; circulate goods; apply FIFO principle, classify goods by batch lot.
Directly involve to receiving and exporting goods, counting stock, keep goods in good conditions in warehouse which include FG, PM and RM warehouse.
Operate and coordinate human resources, vehicles and transport equipment, flexibly adjust all activities at warehouse in order to perform the above tasks with the highest efficiency.
Organize delivery to partners, customers according to the shipping plan of the planning department.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE:
Graduated at least from University or above
Experience with minimum 3 years factory working in supervisory level.
Priority with who has worked in food factory
Knowledge about food product manufacturing field
Willing to work in Dong Nai

Team management skill, problem solving skill
