Washing Process Technical Engineer

For yarn- dyed fabrics (no fabric dyeing required): remove oils and stains generated during weaving.Desizing/Scouring: if sizing was applied during warping, desizing is required before scouring.
Job Responsibilities

Assist in resolving technical issues during the washing process to ensure stable production.
Responsible for the design and implementation of post- weaving washing processes for yarn- dyed fabrics to remove residual oils, stains, and sizing agents.
Familiar with the application and formulation of washing- related chemical auxiliaries; optimize washing recipes to improve efficiency and product quality.
Develop appropriate desizing and scouring processes based on different fabric characteristics to ensure fabric cleanliness and hand feel meet standards.

Job Requirements

Familiar with properties and applications of washing chemical auxiliaries; able to independently design washing formulations.
High school diploma or above; background in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Detail- oriented, responsible, with strong problem analysis and problem- solving abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills; able to cooperate with Production and Quality departments.
Experience in washing processes for yarn- dyed fabrics; understanding of basic processes such as desizing and scouring.
