Client Advisory & Relationship Management• Offer one- on- one exclusive advisory solutions to HNWIs, providing tailored financial and investment guidance.• Build, strengthen, and maintain long- term relationships with clients through trust, professionalism, and consistent service quality.• Understand each client’s financial goals, risk appetite, and family needs to deliver customized wealth management plans.• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend appropriate adjustments based on market trends and client objectives.Business Development & Partnership• Proactively identify and approach potential clients and develop new relationships within the HNWI community.• Identify and establish local cooperation partners in Vietnam such as private banks, real estate firms, tax consultants, and education or relocation service providers.• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to organize client engagement activities (seminars, workshops, networking events).Internal Collaboration & Resource Integration• Coordinate with internal departments (investment, insurance, operations, legal, client services) to deliver end- to- end client solutions.• Integrate and leverage the group’s comprehensive service ecosystem and partner resources to meet client needs.• Provide regular reports and insights on client portfolios, market opportunities, and competitive developments to management.
