Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: HCM
We are looking for a creative and detail- oriented UI/UX Designer to design engaging, user- friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive interfaces that enhance usability and delight users.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.
Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement effective design solutions.
Ensure consistency of UX patterns and visual design across all platforms.
Design user interfaces that align with brand identity and design system standards.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI and product design.

Qualifications & Skills

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem- solving skills.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or frontend frameworks is a plus.
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user- centered design.
Experience in creating responsive and mobile- first designs.
