Web Designer (Figma) — Contract/Full-time

We Are Digito is a digital agency from Singapore that helps brands grow through performance marketing, web design, strategy and content.
We work with a wide range of clients from established corporations to regional startups. We are now looking to hire 1–2 designers who can grow with us long term and take on larger creative responsibilities over time.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Web Designer (Figma) who also has a strong eye for graphic and brand design. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, communicates well in English, and wants to grow long term with us.
This position can start as contract or full- time, depending on fit and experience.
Responsibilities

Support design, graphic, content & social works when needed
Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across projects
Design clean and modern website layouts using Figma
Collaborate with senior team, account managers and developers to complete design handoff
Create and adapt visual assets, banners, and marketing graphics when needed

Requirements

Open to contract or full- time roles with a long- term goal
Good English communication (reading, writing, basic speaking)
Proficient in Figma; knowledge of Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus
0–4 years of design experience (web or graphic)
Based in Ho Chi Minh City
Strong understanding of layout, composition, and typography
Responsible, eager to learn, and positive working attitude
