Wheel Process Engineer

Preparing samples according to sample request sheet with the awareness of existing problems; Collecting information during trial- out build for product engineer.
Preparing process flow chart, estimated IE time and custom information.
Participating the product and tooling design review and provide suggestion/ideas from process perspectives.
Preparing product feasibility study report.
Publishing working instructions, BOM, part history etc. on time.
Providing support and suggestion from process perspective during RFQ.
Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production. until the first pilot run summary Evaluating ECR during development phase and maintain lesson- learned database frequently.

At least college degree in engineering or technology, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Hands- on experience in using 2D/3D software.
Hands- on experience in a manufacturing.
Working knowledge of APQP, FEMA, MSA, SPC and PPAP is desired.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
