Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
Performance Optimization: Analyze power curves, availability, and loss factors to identify underperforming assets. Recommend corrective actions to maximize Annual Energy Production (AEP).
SCADA Data Management: Collect, validate, and analyze high- frequency SCADA data to monitor turbine health, energy production, and grid compliance.
Trend Analysis: Utilize Condition Monitoring Systems (CMS) to detect early signs of component degradation (gearbox, generator, blades) and initiate proactive maintenance work orders.
Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (KPIs) for stakeholders, including availability, mean time between failures (MTBF), and mean time to repair (MTTR).
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Remote Diagnostics: Provide Level 2/3 technical support to on- site technicians by analyzing alarm logs and fault codes to guide troubleshooting efforts.
Procedure Development: Update technical standard operating procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting guides based on data insights and field feedback.
Commissioning Support: Assist in the commissioning of new turbines or major upgrades by verifying performance against design specifications.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all technical interventions and data modifications in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to validate data anomalies physically, witness complex repairs, and verify component replacements.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead or contribute to RCA investigations for recurring faults or major component failures to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands- on on- site experience working directly on wind turbines in an Operations, Maintenance, or Commissioning capacity.
Equivalent combination of technical training and proven experience will be considered.
Proven experience working with Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) from major OEMs (e.g., Vestas, GE, Siemens Gamesa).
EAM Systems: Experience with maintenance management software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or other CMMS).
Electrical/Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of high- voltage systems, hydraulics, drivetrains, and control logic.
Demonstrated experience interpreting SCADA systems and alarm logs in a live operational environment.
Data Tools: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AI tools for data manipulation; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VBA/Macros) and PowerBI/Tableau for visualization.
Hybrid Environment: Approximately 70% office/remote work and 30% on- site wind farm work.
SCADA/CMS: Familiarity with industry- standard SCADA platforms and Vibration Monitoring Systems.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation/ Mechatronics, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
Climbing: Must be physically capable of climbing turbine towers (up to 100 meters) via ladder or lift when required for site investigations.
