Workforce Planning Officer

Must develop high proficiency in word, excel and Microsoft outlook
Create rotations and generate rosters based on business requirement
Perform other job- related duties as assigned by management.
Execute daily operations of Workforce Planning
Assist departments to manage leave liability effectively
Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to The Grand Ho Tram Strip and encourage others to do the same.
Must understand current labor law, company policy and contract terms
Accountability for schedules based on business requirements
Develop a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and cooperation within the department, and other departments
Responsible for the update and audit of time attendance
Eliminate manual processes and contribute to best practice initiative
Provide accurate advice on labor resources management
Analyze data and generate reports for payroll process

Minimum two years of solid experience in administration/operation.
Must be able to work with co- workers and contribute to team achievements.
Commitment to strict deadlines and may be required to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays when necessary.
Vietnamese language is highly regarded.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well- groomed appearance.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word is highly regarded.
Independent, analytical and meticulous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to speak, and write English.
Can multitask or work autonomously to meet strict deadlines.
College degree or above is preferred.
