The people here are not willing to help you at all and people, most seniors, act condescending to you if you lack experience. When you already leave a negative impression on people here, despite how much effort you put in to redeem your mistake, some seniors will do everything of their power to kick you out of the company. Furthermore, there is only one product to develop, if you are passionate to learn something new in tech, don't come here because you will have your self esteem crushed in order to get your work through. Manager does not allow room for improvement because they want to see immediate profit, which is understandable, but not suitable for new graduate with little experience.
