First, DOU has good policy:
- Salary Reviewing is 2 times/year
- Salary will be increased higher when you had better performance.
- Team building of each month (200k VND/person). Usually we are going to eat
- All staffs will travel to some where 1 times/year. And there is a trip for Workshop meeting
Second, the environment at DOU is very friendly, everybody ready help new employee
Third, job is not quite hard to do. Employees do not have to OT.
Fourth, at DOU, employees have opportunities (go to another country for training business - on site)
Khuyết điểm
I saw some problems which are happening in DOU:
- Some leader work with their feeling (About reviewing staff salary, etc)
- It looks like a family company.
- PM at DOU like interviewing entry developer. (for paying lower salary). It can make decrease the quality of job.
