_Promote their automation test tool as the first choice for automation projects. The tools is worse than Selenium when it comes to web test and worse than Appium in mobile test.
_Poor choice of platforms when training Selenium (.NET and Robot Framework).
_Do not have a strong Selenium and Appium team.
_Have no training about CI and git.
_Please understand that TA has failed. It has been around for as long as Selenium and not even known by 10% of the Selenium community.
_If I were you, I would give away TA for free when people want to test web or mobile and only charge if they want to test desktop apps. I doubt Selenium and Appium users will switch to TA but at least this move can help you gain users. At least look at how JetBrains sells their IDEs.
