Là bàn đạp lý tưởng để tích lũy kinh nghiệm rồi xin qua cty khác chuyên nghiệp hơn
Ít khi phải OT. Cty ko khuyến khích OT trừ khi có việc gấp

Nhiều leaders và managers dở, ko co leadership. Business manager (người Ấn) và mấy ông Nhật khoái nổ chứ nội dung nói ra rỗng tuếch. Không có định hướng rõ ràng, quy trình không chuẩn, thích bày trò hình thức màu mè để nhân viên bận rộn chứ ko giải quyết dc những vấn đề cụ thể.
