Leaders are very supportive of your career goals and often encourage employees to learn something new outside of your specialty (like product, machine learning, UX and design, etc).
Product managers and product owners have to do some off hours calls with the Seattle team, but it's rare for engineers to do overtime.

Most staff are mid to senior level engineers and management tends to be more hands off than what you see at other companies. This is a good thing, but it might be a difficult environment for entry level engineers unless they possess a high degree of discipline and willingness to level up their skills on their own.

No OT

Elevator system of Vincom is terrible, have to wait quite a long time (~ 30 minutes). Sometimes, fire alarm makes wrong alert, don't know whether there is fire or not.

Almost Perfect place if there're no some big Jerks

Its used to be so good place for those pasionate but..

Jerks start doing their job with micromanagement, politic, dirty works and not truthful ...

Perfect place for obedient ...not for passionate

Good location, fancy office with lots of amenities. Pay is on the upper end of the scale. Money doesn't seem to be an object. Lot's of food and drinks. Probably one of the better offices in Vietnam in terms of design and location.

Management tries to solve problems in the wrong way or only short term. Everything is very show-off and superficial. Very funny that our product is for companies to make employees happier but they forget about their own employees. Company mission and values are either ignored or twisted in order to get workers to do overtime. Anyone not agree with management is not a "culture" fit which increases the stress levels. Feedback is "anonymous" but no one trusts it based on past experience. Happiness scores were artificially inflated to make management look good. There has been proof of this.

It's interesting that the last negative feedback on here was removed. I wonder why?

- High politic between people in company. If some one doesn't like you, he can climb you behind easily and boss easily trusts
- Retrograde company mission "Make employee happier". Everybody with nervous feeling that when he can be fired
- Messy working process: they follow Scrum methodology but bosses force to build product very fast with their expected deadline, overtime from Monday to Sunday many weeks, and they changes their mind on design, rebuild product, continue to overtime, etc.
- Employees don't trust management team. They are using an anonymous tool to get comment from employees and promise it is anonymous. But it's not true. Boss viewed database to see employee name and fired an employee who commented the bad about him.

The office is situated in a great location: Saigon downtown and on the 18th floor. You'll never get hungry because of the free snacks and drinks.

Managers don't really care about you since they know you are after the money. The management is regarded as a scapegoat management: when they make mistakes, you'll get fired for their mistakes. You can easily be replaced and there is no job security. There is no teamwork among peers, and people attack behind your back. The environment is lively but stressful. There is a lack of coaching and leadership.

Lots of play things for relaxation.
Employees feel empowered in their tasks.
"Agile" environment.

Disorganized and lots of office politics.
Leadership doesn't always follow or often contradicts company values.
High stress environment where job security is uncertain.
High turnover for a company that builds products with a mission to make employees happier.
It's not the quantity but the quality of work done.
Focus on the overall mission and worry about the bottom line later.
