- Promotes and conducts cooperative teamwork in assisting sales professionals and managers throughout the Company GROUP (worldwide) to sell and support accounts (i.e., by conducting joint calls together with other sales professionals)
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with targeted and existing accounts, and ensures that sales professionals servicing the accounts receive updates on the status.
- Achieving the sales target set by the company.
- Performs other duties as required/assigned.
- Undertakes new sales initiatives and strategies, and looks to sell all services, executing impeccably
- Make reports to the Board of Directors as requested.
- Identifies viable route development lanes in alignment with the global programs
- Provides marketing support and knowledge within the company
- Conducts sales calls/visits to established accounts and /or target accounts within a targeted in warehousing, freight forwarding, and value- added services.
- Develop a client relationship plan that will improve client satisfaction and improve client retention through consistently supporting clients with cost- benefit solutions for clients’ logistics needs.
- Strictly follow the Company policy and working process
- Determines new opportunities by analyzing business needs with the customer’s portfolio.
- Support successful business handovers between the Sales Department and Operations Department and other departments.
Yêu cầu công việc
・Language: Business level in Japanese and English (more than communication level)
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study
・Experience:
- 3 years of Sales experience in the relevant sector
- Having experience in import and export, freight forwarding, or shipping lines
・Others:
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Good knowledge of all air, sea, ground, and contract logistics products and services
- Good presentation skills
- Good at communication and negotiation
- Having a business level in Japanese
- Actively engage in sales
- Good experience in developing new clients
