JOB DESCRIPTION:
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics, understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards
Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to customer queries/ concerns via phone, email, webchat, Linkedin, Facebook…and other social media interactions within service level agreement.
Implement other tasks at line manager assigned
Support stores and other departments in matters related to Customer Services
Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
Make follow- up calls to inform customers about further response or checking to make sure all their issues are successfully handled.
Do survey via calling to better understand customer insight and behavior
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Complete all required training courses to expand knowledge and performance level
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Good situation handling, listening and communication skills
Good writing and communication skills, good tasks, and time management skills
Candidates with one of the following languages: Korean, Japanese, Chinese at intermediate level does not required high level of English
Proficient in using Excels is preferred
College/University graduated with major related to Business Administration, Commercial, Foreign Trade, Marketing, or Information Technology, etc
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/call center/ receptionist/secretary
English proficiency at 4 skills.
