Responsibility
Business Development & Client Approach
- Discuss and identify clients’ advertising and marketing requirements.
- Introduce Company’s services, collaborate with the Solution Division to present the company&039;s capabilities, and understand clients’ needs.
- Identify key/ potential industries and execute activities to attract and approach potential clients, including overseas markets.
Analyze & Propose solutions to customers/ campaign/ project
- Contact suppliers to get best price/ appropriate service
- Coordinate with related teams and combine suggested proposals such as: ideas concept, MKT plan, ATL- BLT plan, budget allocation, etc. to become a final version to submit customers
- Present & edit proposals
- Manage the project (budget, content, timeline) with client and internal departments.
- Discuss, analyse proposal from other departments
Manage project’s documents:
- Compose, negotiate, clarify the Service contract (contract is then reviewed by Legal, Accounting)
- Project acceptance & Request to issue invoices
Prepare for project implementation:
- Do project&039;s implement plan
- Transfer project&039;s requirements to related teams.
Implement on- going projects
- Review final&039;s products
- Manage & execute projects
- Connect clients & internal teams to control quality of projects
Control quality & efficient of projects
- Analyze the effectiveness of the project
- Collect, combine info and present Project&039;s report
- Set & ensure project&039;s results
Customer services
- Develop customer relationship and improve service quatity
Perform other duties as required by line manager

Requirements

・Language: English- Business Level
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree
・Experience: 3 years of relevant experience as Account Executive.
+ Experience in an Advertising Agency

- Working experience in Japanese Company
