Position: Production Engineering Supervisor- Manufacturing

- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～30,000,000VND

Responsibility
Optimization of Machining Processes and Condition Setting
Create and optimize CNC machining programs, and set/adjust machining conditions
Select cutting tools and manage tool life; review machining conditions to improve machining accuracy

Planning New Machining Processes and Prototype Development
Evaluate machining processes at the prototype stage and implement process improvements for mass production
Plan machining methods for new products and new components, and provide technical support for prototype production

Equipment Management and Maintenance Planning
Investigate root causes and respond promptly to machine troubles
Monitor the condition of machining equipment and develop preventive maintenance and repair plans

Standardization of Production Processes and Work Instruction Preparation
Standardize processes to ensure stable product quality
Prepare work instructions and provide training and guidance to operators

Improvement Activities for Machining Accuracy and Productivity
Review overall machining processes and propose improvements to enhance quality and reduce costs
Support workflow improvements and automation implementation to increase productivity

Cross- Department Coordination and Project Management
Collaborate with design and quality control departments to resolve manufacturing technical issues and support new projects
Monitor project progress and report updates to related departments

Environmental Measures and Safety ManagementImplement energy- saving initiatives and ensure workplace safety management

Requirements

・Language: English- Conversational Level
・Experience:
- Experience using 2D/3D CAD and CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Space- E, Fusion 360, etc.)
- 5 years of experience operating or programming milling machines, lathes, grinding machines, or CNC machining equipment

・Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to identify machining issues, analyze root causes, and implement improvements quickly
- Practical knowledge of materials, machining conditions, and tool selection in cutting and grinding processes
- Ability to closely collaborate and share information with shop floor operators and design engineers
- Ability to collect productivity and quality data and propose improvements based on statistical analysis

・Japanese language ability is a plus

・Basic PC skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)・Soft skills: Communication skills, problem- solving ability, flexibility, and adaptability
