2D Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting production of print- ready design files ensuring technical accuracy.
Supporting internal PR & Recruitment campaigns and digital marketing activities: social posts, email marketing, website banners, and KV & visuals for internal brands (Nina Group, Agency, Studio, Kafe…).
Performing ad- hoc tasks or other duties assigned by the Creative Director.
Adapting and implementing designs based on existing key visuals across multiple formats (digital, print, OOH).
Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas with Account Service/Strategic Planning/Marketing teams.
Producing designs in diverse styles tailored to client needs, brand characteristics, and marketing strategies.
Providing basic video editing support, including music and effects (if needed).
Creating mockups/visualizations for proposals to support Account/Business Development in convincing clients.
Developing various materials such as logos, key visuals, illustrations, infographics, POSM, social media assets, banners, posters, livestream frames, etc.
Ensuring progress and quality in a multi- project environment.
Collaborating with Account Service/Strategic Planning/Creative/Marketing teams to develop ideas from concept to final design outputs.
Collaborating with the Art Director and colleagues while also being able to work independently.
Supporting the development of basic guidelines/brand guidelines under direction.
Converting key visuals (KV) into suitable layouts and concepts for set design (stage background, livestream frames, product display interfaces).
Designing assets for Livestream and E- commerce campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other necessary design software.
Solid foundation and at least 2 years of experience in 2D design.
Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, lifestyle, e- commerce, or advertising agencies is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Communication, or related fields.
