Job Overview
We are looking for a strong Account background candidate to lead and manage Influencer Marketing projects. This role requires someone who understands client servicing at its core, is comfortable working with KOLs/KOCs, and is capable of driving projects from brief to execution while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide post- campaign analysis and strategic recommendations for future improvements.
Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners (especially KOLs/KOCs, talent agencies, production houses, media teams) to ensure quality delivery and timeline compliance.
Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Receive client briefs, develop strategic proposals, prepare quotations, and present campaign approaches confidently.
Oversee campaign execution from planning to reporting, ensuring deliverables meet agreed KPIs and brand expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, suppliers, and third- party partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Solid project management capabilities, including timeline and resource coordination.
Confident in client negotiation and stakeholder management.
Strong relationship- building skills with clients, KOLs, and external partners.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Good aesthetic sense and understanding of brand storytelling in digital and influencer contexts.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong background in Account/Client Service roles.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Hands- on experience managing Influencer Marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
Proactive, growth- oriented mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
