RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESAdministration
- Handle confidential documents and administrative records with high accuracy.
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and internal coordination between departments.
- Maintain organized documentation systems and ensure proper record management.
- Assist management with administrative tasks and reporting preparation.
- Take orders for stationery, water, and other office supplies.
- Support internal communication and coordination to ensure smooth daily operations
- Process vendor invoices for payment, assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Checking exchange rate transactions, ensuring foreign exchange reports are submitted to bank and authority.
- Performing all aspects of petty cash transactions, including collecting, counting, and depositing.
- Verify all documents send to Finance, ensuring the correct flow of documents from Finance department to business units.

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials
2–5 years of relevant work experience
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
