Ads Intern (Meta/Google Ads)

This internship is designed to give you practical skills that matter in the job market. High- performing interns will have the opportunity to convert to full- time positions after the internship period.
At MISEN, you won&039;t just be making coffee or doing paperwork. You&039;ll be working on real advertising campaigns for our portfolio of D2C brands selling to customers in the US, Europe, and other global markets. You&039;ll get hands- on experience with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads while being mentored by experienced growth marketers.
We&039;re looking for a motivated and curious Ads Intern to join our Performance Marketing team in Hanoi. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in digital marketing and e- commerce.

Build performance reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and analytics tools
Learn to analyze campaign performance using key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and learn directly from senior marketers
Assist in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok
Research competitors, market trends, and audience insights to support campaign strategy
Understand e- commerce business models, unit economics, and how marketing drives revenue
Help create and organize ad creatives, copy variations, and A/B testing documentation

Final- year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields
Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, and e- commerce industry
Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets
Good English skills (reading/writing) — our brands target international markets
Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions
Able to commit full- time (minimum 3 months) at our Hanoi office
