Key Responsibilities

AI- Native Engineering & Technical Leadership

Establish standards for prompt engineering, evaluation, and quality control
Guide engineering teams in adopting AI tools in day- to- day development
Design and implement AI- assisted and agent- based development workflows
Define and evolve AI- driven software development practices across teams

Architecture & Engineering Excellence

Review and guide architectural decisions across multiple teams
Work across the full software development lifecycle from architecture to deployment
Lead technical direction across projects, ensuring scalable and maintainable system design

Capability Building & Internal Enablement

Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical use
Lead training sessions and support upskilling of engineering teams
Build internal standards and best practices for AI- enabled engineering

Client Engagement & Delivery

Act as a technical advisor in discussions and solution design
Work with clients and internal teams to identify high- impact AI opportunities
Design and deliver AI- driven solutions aligned with business needs

Hands- on experience with AI tools, LLM integration, or AI- assisted development workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders
Experience in consulting, outsourcing, or multi- client environments is a plus
8+ years of software engineering experience, with proven leadership across teams
Familiarity with concepts such as prompt engineering, multi- agent systems, or RAG
Strong experience in software architecture and full lifecycle delivery
