ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand & Campaign Execution:
- Draft and review content (social, digital, packaging, POSM), ensure brand message is consistent.
- Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies
- Cross- functional collaboration (designers, content, booking, vendors, performances)
- Coordinate campaigns, monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Market & Consumer Research:
- Gather consumer insights via surveys, social listening, and reports.
- Support brand manager with market analysis, competitor tracking.
- Customer insights and beauty market trends
Performance Tracking:
- Consolidate reports and share learnings with BM.
- Track KPIs/OKR: sales uplift, brand awareness, engagement.
Collaborate closely with E- commerce and Livestream teams to:
- Optimize campaign performance and sales conversion
- Align brand messaging with sales activities on platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop, Shopee)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–3 years of experience in:
- Brand / Marketing / FMCG / Beauty industry
- Strong understanding of:
- Brand building
- E- commerce and social commerce ecosystems are a plus
- Skills:
- Good aesthetic sense (visual direction, content taste, trend awareness)
- Basic data analysis (Excel, campaign & sales reporting)
- Strong communication & briefing skills with cross- functional teams
- Preferred:
- Able to use English at a working proficiency level (reading/writing for work, communication)
- Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, livestream selling
- Basic knowledge of cosmetic products (ingredients, USP, positioning) is a plus
- Experience in cosmetics / skincare / beauty retail
