Understand retailer behavior and channel dynamics to optimize trade strategies.
Collaborate cross- functional to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
Possess solid marketing fundamentals and strategic thinking capability.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and accurate tracking of actual expenditures.
Demonstrate strong understanding of consumer behavior, needs, lifestyle trends, and insights to drive effective strategies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members, ensuring high performance and capability building.
Lead product development and launch initiatives, from concept ideation to go- to- market execution.
Plan, execute, and evaluate ATL & BTL activities, trade promotions, and activation programs to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
Monitor and analyze brand performance, sales results, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Develop and propose comprehensive Marketing Plans, including budget allocation aligned with business objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate, Degree with Marketing Background is an advantage;
- Very good oral & written Vietnamese and English;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand management (FMCG sector) and at least 2 years’ experience in Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager position with proven track record;
- Good analytical skills, Creative, Very passionate;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Proactive and takes initiatives;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hard- working and ready to work in high pressure environment;
