ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE

To function as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable. The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing and managing the hotel&039;s primary restaurant outlet, as well as In- Room Dining operations, while supporting oversight of all Food and Beverage related areas and outlets operated by Hyatt

Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality industry or a related discipline.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
3- 5 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience, including at least 2 years in a management role, or equivalent experience in a 5 star hotel environment.
Strong analytical, problem- solving, organizational, motivational, and training capabilities.
Prior experience with Hyatt is preferred.
