Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Adhere to local regulations concerning HACCP, health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and stay updated with industry trends.
Assist the Food & Beverage Manager to manage the food and beverage operations of the Resort to ensure the achievement of high standard quality of food and beverage product, guest services, employee satisfaction and achievement of departmental revenue and profit goals.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to meet brand standards.
Conduct regular briefings and monitor operational and financial performance.
Assist in menu planning, pricing, cost control, and inventory management.
Support manpower planning and participate in departmental budgeting.
Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Support the overall management of Food & Beverage operations to ensure service excellence and maximize revenue and profitability.
Lead, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
Other tasks assigned.
