- Understand the hotel&039;s policies on guaranteed reservations and no- shows.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, room types, locations, layouts, rates, package plans, credit policies, and reservation coding.
- Enforce all set policies, procedures, and best practices rigorously.
- Oversee guest history and profile management with the Reservations Manager.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and safety requirements.
- Track future room availability based on reservations and determine room rates using the resort&039;s selling strategies.
- Maintain documentation, reporting systems, security protocols, and operational standards to support successful hotel operations.
- Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, and F&B to meet guest needs and ensure smooth guest arrivals.
- Support the Front Office Manager, focusing on enhancing the room experience.
- Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Front Office department to provide exceptional products and services within brand standards.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (international hotel/resort preferred)
Strong knowledge of Front Office operations
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
Able to work under pressure
Good command of English
Good leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills
Computer literate (PMS knowledge is an advantage)
