About the role:
To oversee the day- to- day operations of the Housekeeping Department, including supervising all housekeeping and butler teams in conjunction with the Director of Housekeeping, ensuring full compliance with the policies and procedures established by Four Seasons The Nam Hai.
To ensure that the Housekeeping Department consistently delivers the highest standards of excellence in product quality, physical environment, and service.
To assist with general inventory management, including conducting inventories of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and operating supplies, while maintaining proper control over stock issuance.
To manage housekeeping and butler personnel efficiently. To maintain effective communication with all departments. In the absence of the Director of Housekeeping, to ensure the smooth operation and overall management of the Housekeeping Department and all related areas.
What you will do:
Keep open communicate with DOH and have regular meetings
To be familiar with all duties outlined in housekeeping job descriptions and ensure that established systems are followed, while being responsible for implementing ongoing training programs and assigned projects, and maintaining effective communication with other departments
To perform daily maintenance inspections, ensuring all issues are promptly addressed and resolved, while working closely with Engineering to plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules effectively
To plan and prepare daily assignments for room attendants and butlers, proactively manage staffing levels to address operational needs, and monitor performance to ensure established productivity targets are achieved
To be fully familiar with all operating equipment in order to effectively train and guide staff on its proper use and handling
To perform routine inspections of villas, public and back- of- house areas to ensure adherence to established standards, and communicate any discrepancies, missing items, or substandard work to supervisors/ attendants/ butler for corrective action
To be responsible for the implementation of ongoing training programs and assigned projects, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement
To interact with guests and handle all inquiries and requests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

Two + years experience working in hotel industry or similar environment
Good communication skills
