Assistant PMC Manager (Planning Control)

- Leading Master planning Team to planning to meet customer demand and balance resource well of plant
- Leading Detail planning team to driving & collaborating with supply chain/operations team to deliver 100% attainment, no delay shipment
- Develop planning successors to build up strong team as one team mentality
- Leading to analyst stretch demand for long term planning resources in 5 years
- Managing a part of production planning scope from demand to supply to meet KPIs of Plant: OTFR (On time Fill rate), Promise OTD (On time Delivery), inventory turn days & amount, production attainment…
- Developing planning team be ready for future need as systematic & automatic field
- Work with customer (US, Row regions, Intergroup) to satisfy as highest service level
- Driving KPI(s) for planning team to driving the good performance
- Optimize to control inventory both turn days & amount not only meet global commitment but also Plant’s target
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in a manager or supervisor position
Knowledge: Good knowledge of production planning, supply chain management, operations flow & system flow
Minimum 5 years experience in Production planning, supply chain management, operations management
Functional Skills:
Critical thinking & strong analytical skills
Good experience in shipping & receiving management is a plus
APICS/CIPM certificate is a plus
Good at English, Excel, PowerPoint
Project management & system wise is a plus
